Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-27
This policy explains what information Azadi Brands LLC, a Maryland limited liability company that provides the Crossfoot service ("Crossfoot", "we", "us") holds about you and your business, why, who helps us process it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, business name and type, and the record of which documents you agreed to, when, and from what internet address.
- Your books: transactions, balances and details from the banks, cards, sales channels, booking platforms and accounting software you connect, and the receipts, bills and emails you forward to your receipt address.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see that you paid and when; we never see or store your card number.
- Connection keys: the keys you enter to connect a platform are locked the moment you send them, so that only the bookkeeping system can open them; they are never shown back and never shared.
- Sign-in and security records: when you sign in and from where, kept to protect your account.
Why we use it
To keep your books and provide the portal, to support you, to bill you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare - hosting, sign-in and email delivery.
- Stripe - payments.
- Plaid - connecting your bank, when you choose to (Plaid's own privacy policy, at plaid.com/legal, applies to that connection).
- Anthropic - AI models that help categorize and match, under terms that do not permit them to train their models on your data.
- The platforms you connect - for example Hospitable, Xero or QuickBooks - which send us your information at your request.
- Google or Microsoft, only if you choose to sign in with them.
We may disclose information when the law requires it.
How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit, each client's books are kept separately from every other client's, access by our staff requires two-factor sign-in, and connection keys are stored locked as described above.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client, then 90 days after you leave so you can download your books, after which we delete it - except records the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
You can see and download your books in the portal, disconnect any connection, and ask us to correct or delete your information by writing to hello@usecrossfoot.com. The service is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in.
If Crossfoot moves to a company under common ownership with us, or to anyone who takes over the Crossfoot business, your information moves with it and stays protected by this policy.
