Subscription and Support Agreement
Version 2026-10-27.2
This agreement sets out what your Crossfoot subscription includes, the support Azadi Brands LLC, a Maryland limited liability company that provides the Crossfoot service ("Crossfoot", "we", "us") gives you, and what each of us is responsible for.
1. What Crossfoot is
Crossfoot is online bookkeeping software that you use to keep your own books, much as you would use QuickBooks. Your subscription includes:
- Your books in your own online portal: every transaction, every receipt, and your balance sheet, income statement and cash flow for any dates, at any time.
- Connections to your bank accounts and cards, sales channels, booking platforms and accounting software, which bring your transactions in.
- Automation that suggests categories, matches the receipts and bills you forward to your receipt address, and reconciles your connected accounts - for you to review and confirm.
- For online stores, sales by channel and sales tax detail by state. For rental businesses, income and expenses by property in a form your tax preparer can use for Schedule E.
2. Support from our accountant
An accountant oversees Crossfoot and is here to keep your bookkeeping running smoothly. When something looks wrong or gets stuck - a connection that stops, transactions that need cleaning up, categories or rules that need tweaking - you can ask, and with your permission our accountant can go into your books to run and update your data and put things right. Ask from your portal or at hello@usecrossfoot.com. Support is for keeping your books working; bringing in more than twelve months of past records, or a large clean-up, is quoted separately before we start it.
3. What we do not do
Crossfoot is bookkeeping software with accountant support. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide audit, review, compilation or any other attest services, tax preparation or filing, tax planning or tax advice, legal advice, payroll processing, or investment advice. The statements in your portal are prepared from your records without audit or review and are for your management's use. Decisions about your business, including tax positions, are yours and your advisers'.
4. What you do
- Keep your books: review and confirm what the software suggests, categorize what it cannot, and check your statements regularly. You are responsible for your books and for the entries and changes you make.
- Give complete and accurate information, and keep your connections working (reconnect a bank when it asks you to).
- Forward receipts and bills for your business to your receipt address.
- Keep your own original records as the law requires; copies in Crossfoot do not replace them.
5. Fees
Online stores (e-commerce): $20 for the first month, then $70 a month. Short-term rentals: $20 for the first month, then $90 a month. Long-term rentals: $10 for the first month, then $40 a month. The first month is charged to your card through Stripe when you sign up, and each later month on the same date. Fees are for the month ahead and are not refunded for part of a month. Prices do not include sales tax: where it applies, it is added to each charge at the rate for your billing address. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change in price.
The long-term rentals plan is for property rented on leases of 6 months or more. It does not include connections to sales channels or booking platforms, and it is not for short-term rentals or for selling goods. If your books show that another plan fits your business, we will tell you. After 30 days' notice, your subscription moves to that plan and its price, or you can cancel instead.
Money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. Later payments are not refunded for part of a month.
6. Term and cancelling
This agreement runs month to month. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your portal; your subscription continues to the end of the month you have paid for. We may end it with 30 days' notice. When it ends, you can download your books for 30 days; after 90 days we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only to provide the service and support, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limits
We take care in our software and our support, but we rely on the information you and your connected services provide. We are not responsible for errors that come from incomplete or inaccurate information, from entries you make or confirm, or for penalties or interest arising from tax filings. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
9. General
This agreement, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Crossfoot. It is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. We may transfer this agreement in the same way the Terms of Service allow. Questions: hello@usecrossfoot.com.
